Monthly Statistics

The Sarasota Association of Realtors® compiles monthly MLS statistics on or about the 10th day of the month and forwards this information to the FAR and NAR. SAR also reviews statistical data through the Public Information Committee, and publishes the data in the monthly Sarasota Realtor® Magazine.

Power Marketing Report

The Sarasota Association of Realtors® compiles a monthly Power Marketing Report on or about the 10th day of the month, with the assistance of RPIS, a local statistical firm. This report is distributed at the first Thursday Power Marketing Session following the 10th, and is also posted on the SAR web site.

SAR Weekly Update

SAR provides our members with a e-newsletter, known as the Weekly Update, on Mondays on or around 3 p.m. This is a valuable communications tool that helps keep our members informed regarding educational programs, upcoming events, news of interest to real estate, and a variety of other topics. Sarasota Realtor® Magazine

Sarasota Realtor® Magazine is a four-color, glossy publication, distributed monthly to SAR members. Content includes educational programs, real estate-related columns and articles, monthly statistics, highlights of SAR upcoming events and a wide variety of additional informational items.
